Rules for booking Misiowa Chata in Czarna Gora

COVID 19- additional regulations during a pandemic:

Due to the further development of the coronavirus pandemic, your booking may be canceled by you or by us (the Hosts), for reasons of greater necessity (i.e. government or local regulations prohibiting rental activity, prohibiting movement in country or the need to stay in quarantine - confirmed in a letter from the Department of Health and Safety) until the day of arrival. In this case, the advance payment is 100% refunded to your account.

As hosts in times of a pandemic, we can also end up in quarantine or isolation, so we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we will be banned from leaving the house. In this case, the advance payment will be 100% refunded to your account, but no compensation or replacement accommodation is due.

1. Making reservation is equivalent to having read and accepted the rules of renting and using the house.

2. Booking can be done by mail or telephone.

3. Booking gets confirmed by advance payment of a sum amounting to 30% of the expected price of stay within 3 working days.

4. If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled.

5. In case of cancellation of booking by a guest for reasons beyond the house owner’s control in the period shorter than 30 days, the advance will not be paid back.

6. Remaining due amount should be transferred to the stated bank account within the deadline given in the booking confirmation or payed with cash when collecting the house keys on the day of arrival. Payment with card is not possible on the spot.

7. The cost of rental includes accommodation with access to all the house facilities and parking places in the fenced area. The price includes costs of electricity, internet, bed linen, towels, fireplace wood.

8. In case guests leave before the end of booked period they should pay the amount due for the whole stay. They are not entitled to reimbursement of the sum paid or price reduction for unused booked period.

9. On the departure day guests are requested to leave the house before 10 am.

10. Hotel night begins at 4 pm. Earlier arrival should be agreed with the house service as rooms will be accessible only after cleaning work has been finished.

11. Information on the expected time of arrival should be passed on the phone no. 604 151 983, as the person responsible for letting guests in the house has to get there by car.

Rules of using Willa Misiowa Chata Czarna Gora.

1. Hotel night begins at 4 pm, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the house before 10 am. Earlier arrival or later departure must be agreed with the person in charge.

2. Extension of stay is possible upon availability of the house.

3. Smoking is not allowed in the house and on the balcony. You can smoke outside the building only at outdoor ashtrays.

4. Guests are obliged to observe fire safety rules. Use of own electric devices (immersion heaters, other heaters) except of chargers and notebook power supplies in the house is prohibited. Lighting open fire, candles etc. in the house is not allowed.

5. Guests shall bear full financial responsibility for all losses caused by their fault and by fault of their visitors.

6. All technical defects should be reported to the person in charge of the house. Mending, adjusting or remaking by guests is prohibited.

7. Children may stay in the playing room under parents’ supervision and responsibility.

8. The parking place in the locked yard is free of charge and unguarded. The owners bear no responsibility for cars and property left in them.

9. Guests are obliged to locking windows and doors and to bringing in all sport equipment and movable house furnishings and equipment before going out.

10. The owners bear no responsibility for precious objects left in the rooms.

11. Number of persons staying in the rooms cannot exceed the number stated in the rental agreement.

12. We do not accept pets.

13. In case of drastic violation of the rules of using the house, the owners may ask guests to leave the house before end of rental period.

14. The house is cleaned after guests’ departure only. If guests stay longer than a week they are entitled to unpaid change of bed linen, towels and house cleaning.

15. For the sake of cleanliness guests are requested to change shoes at the entrance and remove trash to the labelled containers outside the house.

16. To comply with requirements of Bukowina Tatrzanska authorities guests are requested to sort trash according to instructions.
